My clients often describe me as approachable and easy to talk to--someone who helps them feel at ease even when discussing difficult topics. My favorite quote, "You can love anyone if you know their story," encouraged me to pursue my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. Healthy, fulfilling relationships are the heart of what brings us happiness. The greatest joy can come from the work we do with the people we love the most, even when those relationships create the greatest frustrations, disappointment and challenges.
My husband and I share our favorite hobby of grandparenting while allowing our adult children and mini golden doodle, Boss, to be present. I am confident most days can be survived through laughter, a good sweat at the gym and a generous bowl of ice cream. I look for opportunities to celebrate the little things in life and believe in the long lost art of the hand-written note.
Come chat with me and schedule your first appointment or free consultation. Together let's create a plan, develop tools and build momentum towards a better you.

A Note About Our Name
My mom, Paige, was my biggest cheerleader and thought my therapeutic talent was unmatched. After she passed in 2024, I felt compelled to expand my reach and begin my own practice. My focus is to blend evidence-based techniques with genuine human connection, so that you leave each session with practical tools and a renewed sense of hope.
I chose the hummingbird to represent the practice, as a symbol of change and escape. My mom loved admiring these tiny creatures on her East Texas ranch.
